- The perfect weekend -

Three races, three victories and full concentration on the World Cup

Just seven days before the start of the European World Cup season in Nove Mesto, Czech Republic, our team presented itself in top form and celebrated a flawless success at the "dress rehearsal weekend": three competitions - three golden podium places!

Katrin Embacher proved once again that she is one of the strongest U23 riders. After her impressive second place in the classic race in Haiming, the Austrian dominated the "Rock the Bike" in Heubach from the very first bend.

Especially in the technically demanding downhill sections, she showed off her routine and strength to perfection. "Heubach always has a strong field - winning this race makes me incredibly proud. The hard work of the last few months is definitely paying off," said the former biathlete, who joined our team this season.

Natalia Grzegorzewska also had every reason to be happy: just in time for her birthday, she presented herself with her first win of the season at the Cup in Bratislava. "This week was simply overwhelming," said the Polish athlete, beaming. "First my last school-leaving exam, then the victory - I couldn't have wished for anything better. Now I'm looking forward to Nove Mesto and spending time with the team."

Things also went well for Marta Cano-Espinosa: the Spaniard, who has just joined the team, celebrated her third triumph of the season in her home race. "Before I travel to the World Cup premiere next week, I still have my final exams to take," reveals the 18-year-old, "but at the moment I can hardly contain my pride."

Ethan Rose from New Zealand also made an impressive return after a long injury break. With his renewed victory at the "Oceania Championship", he set an exclamation mark and showed that his extensive rehab program is clearly bearing fruit. "The team gave me fantastic support after my back injury . I was able to train without pressure and am slowly getting back to my old level of performance - I'm very grateful for that."

Behind the sporting success is a holistic team approach: in parallel to the races, the topic of athlete health and the training concept are continuously being developed. "In recent years, we have developeda system for the early detection of overtraining and a holistic training program," explains team manager Bernd Reutemann. "Our goal is not just short-term success, but the sustainable development of our athletes. 'Sustainability and performance' is not just a motto, it's how we see ourselves."

With these successes behind them, the team travels to the European World Cup opening in Nove Mesto - with the awareness that the young Rider still need some time to assert themselves at the top of the world, and that victories are all the more valuable when they are fought for with an eye on health and the future.
